You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a second notification when it ships.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened nail sets.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items — please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue and we will resolve it immediately.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We take full responsibility for any errors on our end. Reach out to us at bycleonails@gmail.com and we will send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
