Refund policy

At CleoPress, we take great care in curating and packaging every order. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

RETURNS
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened nail sets. All sales are final once a set has been opened.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at bycleonails@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and we will resolve it immediately with a replacement or full refund.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
All nail sets, accessories, and tools are non-returnable once opened for hygiene reasons.
